I needed to have the front door on my sister's house rekeyed. Universal City Pro Locksmith was great. They were prompt, easy to work with. Knew exactly what to do because the previous locksmith had done such a poor job the Chelsea Locksmith tech drilled and put a new lock in.

Universal City Pro Locksmith technician Bob accommodated my work schedule and came by after hours to change the locks on my new home purchase. I ended up adding additional locks and door knobs to his scope on the spot and he handled that happily. He delivered quality work, he was very fast and efficient, and he provided great advice as well. I couldn't have asked for more. 10 out of 10. Thanks

Tech did such a great job for me! I was locked out of my house and it was getting late. He was here in less than five minutes. Once he was here he had me safe in my home within two or three minutes. He was polite, helpful and very professional. I would recommend him for any buddy leaving locksmith services.
