  Grady's AC & Heating is definitely a notch above all other companies we have used in the past 20 years. Luis, the technician dispatched to our home today, was professional, polite, and personable. He took the time to explain every step he was taking to diagnose and repair our heater. We will definitely call Grady's for any future repairs.

  Grady’s is a diamond in the rough. I thought good customer service was extinct. Not only did Grady’s install a brand new unit in my home in December at a great price, he came out to my home to check on a fan running in my attic that I thought was on my new AC unit; turns out it was my dryer exhaust fan. He attempted to help me within his means and didn’t even charge me a service call fee. Thank you Grady’s!

  Contacted Grady's since the Home Warranty Company sent out a substandard contractor to diagnose and or repair my A/C. Grady's AC came out the next day and replaced the outside unit. They were quick, professional and very knowledgeable on Central Air and Heat systems. I was very pleased with their service and their product and would highly recommend them.

  Wonderful customer service! They were able to come out the next day and kept us posted on the time frame the tech would arrive. The tech was able to trouble shoot the problem and try to fix one thing at a time to try to save us money and not just automatically recommend to replace everything in the attic. They even responded quickly to my phone call late in the day and answered my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company!
