Then I got married, moved to Pearland with my husband, and we lived there until about two years ago when we had to downsize. Smithereen Party of Three has been living here ever since, and we love it. It's safe, quiet, and affordable. The staff is amazing! Henry and Jeremiah are always so quick to take care of maintenance requests, and Amber in the office is just so sweet and really goes above and beyond for the tenants. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment grounds are kept well and clean, I always had great neighbors, no bugs! The maintenance staff is friendly, fast and attentive (Henry and Jeremy). The office staff, specifically Amber, is awesome!! Always so helpful and friendly. I would have stayed longer if I had not bought my house. I highly recommend these apartments!

My neighbors are nice (occasionally i'll get some dude from the older man downstairs but that's age), maintenance men come almost immediately when something is wrong. Amber in the office seriously the best! She gives her all for the residents. She makes sure you're needs are met and will answer all the questions in the world you may have. I lived at Huntington Oaks before moving here, I am now going on my second year at Meadow Park! Def recommend!
