  I am now a lifetime customer of Stoffers because of the experience I had with Joseph an employee. I am loyalist so when I encounter what I call "World Class Customer Service" the need for being the lowest priced (within reason) option is not important anymore because it is a lost art. I am thankful for employees like Joseph proving it may be lost art but it is not dead. My AC went out after the last storm so I schedule the service call, Joseph was on time, professional, courteous, friendly to my wife and I, and his attempt to get me back up and running the same day was admirable, deliberate, and dedicated. It turned out there was a circuit board that needed replacing to fix the issue which he promptly ordered and returned to install the part that got me back up and running. I can't say enough how thankful, appreciative, and overjoyed both my wife and I are about Jospeh and the experience we had with him.

  Used them last year to replace 2 A/C units & all new ducks. I picked them out of 4 other estimates because of their excellent customer service & competitive pricing. I was very pleased with their work & the 1st time I had an issue they squeezed me in & were at my house with in 4 hours. It was a simple draining issue that they fixed. I’m so glad I picked these guys to replace my A/C!!!!

  Not only were they early, which I told them was fine because I would be at home, but they were nice, efficient, great price and the most important were fine with my dogs! They were recommended by another friend, and I will highly recommended them. They even made suggestions and gave prices but were not pushy or even suggestive. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name, but I will be using them for my summer service.

  From the first service call to complete installation, they have been 5 star. We received quotes from 3 other local companies but Bruce sold us on Stoffer's. Among the cost and services offered, Bruce mentioned some problems we were currently having and solutions to fix. While they were out installing, the guys fixed those issues. I appreciate and applaud their level of customer service!

  Jeremy and his crew are very professional and they did and amazing job!! They came and installed our ac and heater units all in one day and were very careful to clean up after themselves.
  After having had several other AC guys come out and give my wife and I estimates on the job we needed to have done,, we decided on using Stoffer's Air Conditioning and Heating and we are so glad that we did. The courteous service that we received along with the installation of the units was unbeatable and my wife and I are completely satisfied. Thanks Jeremy and thanks to your wonderful crew!!!!
