  Rafael has been in business for many years; comes from a generation of jewelers in the family. He is an artist and does excellent work. Custom made wedding ring and groom's wedding band for my daughter; they were so happy and grateful on how the rings turned out. He's done several repairs and custom jobs. Exceptional work at reasonable prices. Check out RV Jewelers.

  Rafael (the owner) is always patient and listens to type needs. The work he does is outstanding and always at a fair price. I drive completely across town for services and it's worth it. You won't find this at a big name chain and I've tried. If you're not buying or a regular customer they "might" hello but don't guarantee the item will break I've trusted some very unique, sentimental pieces to Rafael and he always takes care of them splendidly. He also does special orders. RV Jewelers is so worth the drive.

  Wife's wedding band was in need of some serious repair, a small diamond had fallen out, and the rest of the mounts as he showed me were pretty bad shape. The owner is the guy you deal with, and he repairs things himself (I am pretty sure, I did not see him do it but got that impression). He quoted me a price for the work which was reasonable, and although it took a few days longer than he originally estimated the work was very good and the wife was very pleased. You won't find service like this at "big chain" jewelers I would bet. If you are looking for repairs, I would recommend this store.
