My son has been coming here for about 2 years now. The staff is wonderful. They are very empathetic and do everything they can to make sure the patients have great success with theo mental health!
Everything is great here , my PA is so sweet and I love Alyssa at the front desk. The only complaint I have is that I have been waiting 3 days for an approval for my prescription refill and I am beginning to feel ill and I can’t seem to get them to send the approval after talking to them multiple times already. This is the first time that it has happened and I hope I get the approval by today.
They have always been there for my refills. Being new to Houston, this helped me out a lot. I highly recommend Dr Maxwell and her awesome team. 👍👍
I love doctor Maxwell. She takes a holistic approach to psychiatry and checks in to see what I am doing besides medication compliance. She’s very kind and warm.
I have been seeing Dr. Maxwell for well over 12 years and have been seeing her P.A.'s, too, once she added them. She has always been able to figure out what was going on with me and treat me accordingly. I will say that since I have seen her exclusively for so long that it was hard to trust her P.A.'s. I even went so far as to ask them to check with Dr. Maxwell before I would leave. Ya, same treatment plan she would have had. I love all of them and communication has always been superb.
