    John Leblanc has been our agent for many years and has always been there for us during those tough insurance times. His door is always open to discuss current policies and how they can be changed to better fit our needs. His office staff is very friendly and, when I'm there, I just feel welcomed and enjoy seeing everyone. In an age where automation has taken over it's nice to, not only speak to, but see a human face.

    When I walked into the office everyone was very respectful and kind. The staff was able to get me situated with a new policy at a great rate. Loved my time with these people and recommend anybody to contact them about insurance needs.

    From the moment I called looking for a quote Andy was beyond helpful. He was quick to respond, easily accessible and never pushy. Gave me info we needed to get home, auto, flood and explained windstorm (I am new to tx and had never experienced needing this type of insurance!). Prices were so much better than any other company we got quotes from. Andy did a great job making sure I got all the information gathered to quickly expedite the process in order to have it ready to close on our new home. I'd absolutely recommend this office and especially our agent Andy to anyone!
