I have been to 6 different chiropractic clinics while in the Army and around San Antonio. I recently moved to Mont Belvieu and needed a local chiropractor and ran across Dr. Garbs office yesterday. His staff was noticed first with their friendliness and welcoming smiles. I met Dr. Garbs for the first time and he listened and let me explain my issues and concerns. Then he thoroughly explained that there are several issues and showed me examples as well as possible treatments. (I have always been adjusted and given another appointment.) He explained neurotransmitters and test that that could help in the future. He never pushed me to take meds or spend money on test. I spent over an hour speaking with Dr. Garbs and highly recommend his office to anyone.
