We have been life-long State Farm customers - wherever we have lived across the USA. But Lisa, Regina, and the whole team at the Allen office are the best. The SF coverage is great, the rates are fair, and the personal service is awesome. They all know us and treat us like family.

Extremely prompt and courteous every time we speak on the phone. Being a business owner, this is exactly what we need and what some other companies lack in these times. I love Lisa Johnson’s State Farm office! I started doing business with them back in 2004 when I lived in Allen and have been with them ever since wherever I lived in Texas. Each time I call, Necia and Regina know exactly who I am and can get me the help I need quickly. Absolutely love them!

ETA: The moment I decided to stick with this office came 6 months after I started using them. I got a call asking me to come to the office to discuss my policy and I was afraid they were cancelling me for some reason (I was a dumb 20 year old). I met with Chris and he just wanted to make sure my coverage was good enough. He took the time to sit and go over my coverages and explain what everything was and what it all meant so I could make the best decisions for myself. Because of that as a young adult just starting out, I could be confident enough to know exactly what I needed from car insurance. Always a great experience!

Everyone here is awesome and so helpful. While we haven't had to file a claim with them (thankfully) we have made several changes in regards to our auto policy. Regina made the process quick and easy. It's nice to know that if anything comes up they will take care of us.

Regina Wallace is fabulous, truly the best! What other insurance agent is going to call and check on the well being of your kid when the wreck report comes across their desk? She knows our account and always takes her time to thoroughly and patiently answer questions. I've started calling her "Super Regina"!
