I go here quite often it’s close to work, however when I go inside to eat and order they do not have enough counter help, but they have three people running the drive-through… Today there was eight people in line including myself…There’s no sense of urgency to help the customer, they never say I’ll be right with you you have to acknowledge your customers. And the drive-through wasn’t that busy because when I left without getting anything today there was no one in the drive-through. I think the people in the drive-through need to learn how to multitask take the middleman out that does a sprinkling of cheese and lettuce and tomato and put him on a register for the other eight people standing there waiting To get food. And I can’t say it enough acknowledge your customers and tell them you’ll be right with them don’t walk past them saying nothing. Other than that I enjoy going here decent food for a decent price.

Rosa's Café is good for chain Mexican food. Good service, fresh tortillas, great deals for Taco Tuesday. Lots of space and clean tables. The drive-through is hit or miss. The chicken enchiladas and queso are great.

ROSA’S what happened to the nuts on your chocolate cake?!?!? We love your restaurant. I’m from Odessa, TX and have been eating here since I was a small child in the early 90’s. But, as a pregnant lady craving your cake, I am disappointed to find no nuts on or in the cake! Bring them back!

Love this place! I was in a shoulder sling today. They presented my order and I was trying to figure out how I was going to carry it. The young man said you need help with that, let me bring it to your table. Thank you so much for being so courteous. The food was excellent as usual!

Stopped ✋️ in for some takeout dinner 🍽 and it was extremely 👍 good. They make their own tortillas right in front of you and they are excellent. They have self-serve drinks 🍸 and a self service salsa bar. I will definitely be back when I am in the area again . .safe travels to all!!
