Hauk Custom Pools

We started a pool build with Hauk so far and Andreas, our construction manager and Tim, our salesperson have been more than helpful and so responsive. We cannot wait until the pool & our backyard is done and I'm sure we will enjoy it for years to come!

Update: our pool is done and our backyard looks amazing and we are so happy with the quality and service we received from Andreas our project manager and Tim our salesperson. We also had amazing landscape lighting done by Jimmy. He made our backyard shine at night! It's exactly what we wanted and love being in our backyard! We would use Hauk again and definitely recommend them!

When we decided to build our pool, we were referred to Hauk by one of our neighbors. Hauk build his and his next door neighbor’s pool and both were very happy with the outcome and also the warranty repairs. I submitted a request for a free quote and got a response from Gabe a few days later. He came over and spent an hr talking to us about the design and what we wanted. We loved working with Gabe, he was very professional and listened to all of our must haves. A week later we were in his office going over the design and we really loved what he came up with! We were assigned to work with Andreas (PM) who was absolutely amazing! We had a tons of questions and Andreas helped answer all of them. He’s very responsive via text and email and got things done. Overall we are very happy how the pool turned out. Will update my comment with more pics when weather permits. Thank you Team Hauk!

Jimmy, the Hauk lighting professional is amazing. He took my vision of making my backyard feel like Miami to another level. He knew exactly what we wanted to do and ran with it. He is flexible and very professional. He helped me understand how to use the app and I have his number and can text as needed if I have any issues. Super sweet guy. Our backyard lighting looks amazing and the lights are customizable and fun.

The new build behind us certainly won the race! Hauk should thank their lucky 4 stars for the following staff members. Otherwise there may have not been any stars to give thanks to everything we’ve had to do as customers. We deserve a raise!

PM Robert deserves 5 Stars & is a big bonus to Hauk for the mess that he had to come in & clean up behind the previous PM who didn’t really give 2 cents about the client. Robert has been a breath of fresh air & so helpful. The company is fortunate to have someone like him.
Design Consultant & Sales Mgr, Jaime = 5 Stars: designed everything & we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was picture perfect when he created the vision & for the most part, turned out very lovely. ♥️
Lighting Specialist Jimmie = 5 Star: very helpful with his attention to detail & certainly takes care of the customer. I would recommend him to anyone who’s interested in transforming their backyard into an oasis using lighting.
Service Team (Aaron & Lance) = 5 Stars: They also had a big mess to clean up after the first PM & we are thankful for their professionalism.

Next: The home behind ours started being built at the same time we broke ground for the pool project Oct 2021. They didn’t even have concrete poured but there are now people living there & we have yet to complete our final walk through much thanks to the previous PM & landscaper. We’ve had to inspect & correct so much & at this point that there should be compensation for our work!

Now to the worst!!! If Hauk or anyone ever mentions the name 5-Star Landscape, run 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️fast as you can in the opposite direction. The owner is a smooth talker but deceptive & unreliable, & does not value the customer or attention to the job. Paid in full in Apr and we had to press him for every portion of the job to get anything done. It was hard getting good sod, replacing dead trees, correct shrubs, sprinkler system correct....list goes on. It’s been severely stressful. It’s been 8 months for landscape & they’re still not done. And I honestly think he could care less.

Both Cory and Brock were fantastic. Cory completely understood what we were looking for and designed in perfectly - within budget. Project Manager Brock kept us well informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent with no surprises. Very professional and had such an eye for detail. Really appreciated the little things we asked for and he accommodated every step of the way. Hauk comes highly recommended by us, our backyard is now a tropical oasis - so when you go with Hauk you must insist on Cory and Brock!
