(January 27, 2020, 11:32 am)Alrighty! So I LOVE my apt I share with my brother! Lots of space! Big closet! Two bathrooms for a good price! Parking is limited but paying for a spot is well worth it! Great pool! And everything! My apt had a little bug issue (water bugs) but it doesn’t bother me. (But I wouldn’t recommend drinking the tap.) and the bath takes FOREVER to heat up. But those are my only issues. I haven’t needed maintenance for anything, so I can’t comment on that. I’ve been here since June (it’s January now) and I want to stay at LEAST another year! This apt is pretty big has a fridge, stove/oven, microwaves the doors can be a little weird, but for the price, I love it! And mine came with a washer and dryer (big deal to me.) if I didn’t have a small bug problem or issues with the bath, I’d give it 5 stars!! I love this apt! So glad I moved here!!! (But I’m fairly easy going, just an FYI. You do get what you pay for!)
