Anna Ray and her team were amazing! From the first text to close they were always there for us. Incredibly knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the whole process. We were first time home buyers and they made sure to teach us and walk us through every step of the way. We felt like we had her whole team on our side, looking out for our best interest. Anna Ray literally gave us hope when we were ready to throw in the towel after a HORRIBLE experience with another realtor. I was introduced to Anna Ray on 01/29/21 through my loan officer. She took us out that Saturday and Sunday to view homes and made sure to ask several questions in between each to learn what we liked/didn’t like. We found a brand new home on 01/31/21 that we loved and put down a deposit. Well, we’re set to close on the home tomorrow 02/26/21. Literally met her, found a home and closed all in less than 30 days!

She took the time to answer ALL of our questions as first time home buyers. She reviewed the builder contract for us before we even signed to make sure we understood everything and there were no hidden surprises. She was able to get the price of the home lowered after the appraisal came back lower than the purchase price. I mean she was all around AMAZING. Like seriously regardless of how you come across her don’t keep searching for anyone else because she’s all you’ll need. The experience I had with Anna Ray and her team has literally been night and day compared to the previous realtor I had been working with. Anna Ray has gained my business for life and I’ll always make sure to refer anyone who’s in the market for a realtor to her.
