  Easy to work with - reserve online and then you pick up the key to your lock on-site. Everyone has a unique code to the gate which is more secure that way. Clean new facility, with a cart available for your use. A little hard to find - can only get there from one side of Preston so we had to do a u-turn on the other side of the tollway to get to the entrance. But the price is right!

  Highly recommend this location! The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maria went out of her way to help me with an issue with my unit and saved me an hour drive to Plano, she is incredibly kind and thoughtful!

  Came in today and Tony was very helpful in finding a unit for my items. His knowledge and detail explanations on the lease was outstanding. Thank you!

  Alyssa was very nice and personable. We ran into a hiccup but it was resolved very quickly. The unit was clean upon arrival and I was able to move in right away. Trying to locate the premise was interesting, but I called the office and they were able to direct me exactly here.

  What a great experience! Saw what I needed on the website. Called extra space operator to answer a couple questions. Then visited the property. Literally within fifteen minutes, Alyssa (hope I got the spelling correct) showed me the space, walked me through the rental agreement, answered all my questions and signed me up.
  
  I was a customer service manager at a large company over a five year period. I wish every customer that I dealt with had as good an experience as I had today with Extra Space at 19383 Preston in Dallas. Special kudos to Alyssa the on-site manager. She knows her stuff!
