Direct Orthopedic Care - Frisco

Dr. Russel Wilson is fantastic. He took the time to break everything down for me, explained what I need to do in the meantime and was nice and respectful.
I did not receive this treatment at my first Ortho. They just told me I need surgery and that is it.

This place was wonderful from the first step in the door! The lady at the desk smiled and welcomed us. She asked what was wrong. She also said we’d have a 45 minute wait, which I said was fine. We actually waited less than 30. The PA called me back, he took me in the room, again friendly and professional. He asked me what all was wrong. He then asked me a few questions and said someone would be in in a few minutes to take me to X-ray. Just as he opened the door, the X-ray technician was there. He apologized that my knee was going to hurt a little while he took X-rays. He was just as friendly and professional as the first two people I saw.
Then the doctor came in and also followed suit. I can not say enough good about this office and the staff. You would be wise to go to them for any orthopedic issue.
Class act all the way around! This was the Frisco Tx office!

My visit was more than I expected. The x-ray technician was very gentle and experienced, he made me feel comfortable. Dr. Russell was very thorough, detailed, explained every step and possible scenarios for treatment. He personally called to get me an appointment with the MRI facility that he works with. DR'S rarely take time for their patients, but he did. Way to go Doc! Then I had the most pleasant young man to help me with my shot. This place is awesome! Great job! Thanks again. Gardenia Easley

Great Experience!! Team was able to get me in same day due to elbow pain. I am so appreciative! Provider was caring, honest and down to earth. Front office staff was professional and extremely helpful. Electronic procedures are on point and easy to complete. I will use DOC as my first choice moving forward!
