  If you are pregnant and your baby is breech- go see Dr. Tieperman in Frisco, TX. I had 2 breech babies in the last 2 years and she was able to help both babies turn! I cannot thank her enough!! Her and her entire staff made me feel welcomed and like family. They truly all cared about getting my babies to turn and it meant the world having that kind of support.

  I was very skeptical in regards to acupuncture but my plantar fasciitis had me at my wits end. After 3 cortisone shots in each foot with NO lengthy relief I decided to try acupuncture. Dr. Tieperman worked me in immediately. She took my pain level from a 10 to a 2 overnight, I was amazed. I have continued to see her for several months for other issues as well. Subsequently I have been pain free in both feet for 4 to 6 weeks.
  She and the entire staff are extremely professional and personable. I only wish I would've gone sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Tieperman, therefore she will get 5 stars only because I can't give her and her staff more.

  Dr. Lori Tieperman and her staff are incredible! Not only is Dr. Lori amazing and completely eliminated my pain, but her staff make you feel like family.
  
  I started seeing Dr. Tieperman for back and hip pain during my pregnancy. Since seeing Dr. Tieperman my pain has completely gone away. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I highly recommend anyone to this clinic but especially pregnant mamas. Dr. Tieperman truly cares and made me feel so comfortable and safe. Thank you so much for helping me feel great and allowing me to fully enjoy these last weeks of pregnancy!

  I love Dr. Tieperman! I have seen her through two pregnancies (and in between). She fixed my sciatic nerve pain in very few treatments. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and I went to her after my ultrasound, where I found out my baby was breech. In ONE treatment, she opened my hips enough to allow the baby to turn head down (I had another ultrasound the next day). I also love the massage services at the office as well. The staff is so personable and it’s easy to make an appointment. I definitely recommend Tieperman Health!

  I owe Tieperman Health & Wellness my life. On 6/10/17 I became completely unable to walk, stand, sit or lay without severe pain in my lower back. I had shooting zingers. It was debilitating. I was freaking out. Where do I go? What do I do? Is this permanent? It wasn't getting better. After two days, from a referral I called Tieperman Health & Wellness. They had me come in right then. I'm 40 and very active. I was hunched over like an elderly person. My career is all physical, so I was thinking this may mean an end to my life. When I got there, it took several people to help me lay down. They stood my side to ensure I was safe and wouldn't collapse. I was crying by this point and kept crying off an on. They are all so caring, consoling and reassuring that it will be ok. They assured me that they have seen this before and let them assess what is going on before I loose hope. They applied little electric pads, heat, ice and a roller table and then a light adjustment. That eased the pain so I didn't have the shooting zingers constantly and now I could at least think straight. They ordered an x-ray, which I went to right away. In summary, I have degenerative disk disease in L1-L2. I over did it at work and the muscles went into full action of cramping and pulling me to my right. It's 7/28 and I am fully moving again. I received a full diagnoses, treatment plan (with nutrition and physical stretches), a super high quality brace and recommendations on how to change my movements to prevent problems during treatment and my life. I have decompression therapy with adjustments two to three times a week. I drink a lot of water and take supplements. I have also changed my movements at work to prevent compromising my treatment. Guess what?... I actually went for a 10 mile bike ride last week (probably a little much), but I couldn't wait to get exercise again. In addition to my treatment, I appreciate the doctors knowledge of the body, muscles and physiology. I ask a lot of questions and they are very informed. They have a real passion for what they do. I am so grateful for their help. I look forward to a long and active life. In summary, if you are freaking out because you can't move, walk or unable to do something and you want the best care and treatment, go to Tieperman Health & Wellness. I even have my 8 year old going there now once and a while due to my newly found appreciation and respect for my body.
