  K27 Performance is an amazing facility with great coaches! The coaches do a great job pushing you and getting the most out of you. Overall great environment, I’d recommend this gym to anyone at any level in their fitness journey.

  Love the guys at k27 performance. I didn’t know how much I could improve in just a year my 60 time was a 7 flat and they helped get it down to a 6.45. I’ve gained a ton of muscle as well. Love the guys working there they build a great bond with who they work with and couldn’t ask for a better athletic trainer they help improve in all aspects. Couldn’t have done it without k27💪🏽

  I cannot say enough positive things about the guys at K27. Austin and Brendan are top notch and there is nobody better in the area. My son has been going to work out with them for nearly 2 years now. The benefits he gets by being taught the right way to work out versus hearing it from a middle school coach/teacher is invaluable. Being around the high schoolers, college kids, and even the professionals that work out here in the offseason, is something you will not find anywhere else! You are not just a number with these guys. They take a personal interest in the development and knowledge with everything they teach the kids. They show up to sporting events to support and cheer on all the kids. THEY INVEST IN YOUR CHILD!!!!
  
  My son always wants to go, I never have to convince him. Austin and Brendan have been fundamental to his progression, growth, and achievements in all the sports he participates in. There is no better place in the Frisco area to take your middle schooler! #K27Brotherhood

  I’ve spent the past 2 months training at K27 and it was worth every penny. Brendan and Austin are really good guys, and they helped me make tremendous improvements in my strength and athleticism. Would recommend this place to anyone who is trying to compete at a high level.

  Whether you're an all-star athlete or looking to get in shape, these trainers are the go to source for a stellar workout! The facility is brand new, clean, and the equipment is top notch! After signing up for a free class, I'm hooked!!! I will definitely be back for more fun adrenaline pumping workouts.
