  Can't recommend them enough! There was an issue with the piece that was delivered, and McCabe's worked with me to make sure it was fixed and that we were taken care of. Truly first class customer service! Thanks, so much Tony - you are the best!

  Found McCabe's online as we're in MD, but after poor selection and bad experiences from other local and online vendors, we decided to at least call and see... Erin was more than helpful in answering questions and clarifying options, time lines, etc., so we were comfortable making the purchase. We are overjoyed with the purchase as the chairs look great! Erin even checked in with us to ensure the delivery went well... icing on the cake!

  We purchased our couch online and had it shipped all the way to Montana! The online shopping was easy and Erin called us to follow up and make sure we were taken care of. The couch showed up damaged from shipping but Erin was quick to have us taken care of. The couch is fantastic and the customer service is unbeatable! I highly recommend shopping for your next piece of furniture at McCabe's!

  Erin (the owner) is very good to work with. We did run into an initial hick-up and some shady behavior with one of her delivery people (who I would not recommend that delivery person or service to anyone). But Erin stepped up quickly when I called her and she took care of it and worked the problem. I did have a couple of things come loose on one of the Prestige seats and she immediately sent someone out to fix (free of charge) and again was quick to act and very stand up about the process. Overall my experience with Erin and some of her colleagues has been very good and I would recommend working with her and her business. The couple of small fixes were taken care of and seem to be working fine now at the time of this post. That is why I give McCabes 5 stars.
