Brea Frisco Apartments

Moving into the Brea has been the best moving experience so far. Luis has been super helpful and was very patient with us. I could not have asked for a better experience. On top of the move in experience, living at the Brea is like a resort. There are so many amenities here and the staff keeps them super clean. I have never lived in another apartment where they care so much about their complex. Overall, I would recommend moving here to all my friends, you just cannot beat the Brea!

I found Brea Frisco after deciding a need for change from my current living situation. Instead of going online I hopped in my car and went for a drive. I was looking for something with that visual effect. After stopping at a few average places, I came across Brea. I already had vested interest just from the landscaping and ascetics but after stopping in and meeting Angelica, along with the rest of the professional staff I was even more interested in seeing the additional offerings.
We all are looking for something in a new living space, for me I wanted 3 things; an amazing pool, an onsite gym that actually has practical gym equipment and Security....Brea Frisco killed it!

This place is like living on a resort! The pool is phenomenal, the gym so practical that I don't need to pay for gym membership any longer and the community as a whole is amazing!

I'm Ex-Law Enforcement, so "professional" security is critical. This isn't something measurable initially when you are new to a location, but something you see overtime. Within the first week I had an understanding of how important Brea Frisco viewed security for their residents when I accidently left my garage door open with boxes of personal belongings and my motorcycle inside and got a phone call from Rodney, "onsite security" who remedied the situation.

I recently relocated back to the area from Cozumel, Mexico for some consulting work. While Brea Frisco is not situated on the beautiful Caribbean waters, Laura, and the entire Brea staff have made me feel right at home back here in Frisco, Texas! She and all of the Brea staff are so friendly and easy to work with. I love my new apartment, the convenient location and all the amenities here are top notch!

Brea Frisco has been such an absolute amazing experience for me! Luis has definitely made our process so easy and he has been incredibly helpful throughout this whole process. This apartment complex is beyond gorgeous and I absolutely love how detailed they leave all the restrooms, gym and the pet spa. There are many perks living here and it is definitely well over taken care of! Our neighbors have been so warm and welcoming too. Definitely a 10/10 here at Brea Frisco!

The Brea apartments are the best apartments I have ever lived at! The entire staff has been absolutely amazing and are soooo sweet. My situation on urgently needing to move out of my old apartments to a new and safe place has been found at The Brea without a doubt. I love all of the amenities from the movie room, the amazing gym, awesome game room, great business center. Everyone is so great at informing us of everything going on and making sure if we have a maintenance or pest control request it is done in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend the Brea enough to everyone! Absolutely love it!
Don’t even bother looking anywhere else after looking at The Brea!
