St. Martin Apartments

I had an appointment to tour this complex and Kathy made the experience wonderful. I went in on a Saturday and Kathy was working by herself. She was finishing up a tour when I came in and had a walk-in tour waiting. She took care of all of us and made sure to answer all the questions we had. There should definitely be at least two leasing agents working on the weekend but Kathy remained calm and professional the entire time. She did a great job selling the complex!

Look No Further! This has literally been the BEST apartment complex I've lived at! The whole neighborhood is pleasant and the maintenance staff is friendly. I have been treated with much care and expedience in terms of anything I needed to be fixed.
I usually get a response the same day and never have any worries about quality of work.
Kathy, Star, Jessica, and Susana have all been wonderful to deal with... and shout out to Kelly and Julia!
The public amenities have been updated under this new management, and I couldn't be happier to have lived here. If only I weren't moving into a house, I would unequivocally and instantly renew my lease!

I toured this property with Kelly and had a more than wonder experience. To start,I was early for my tour by an hour, Kelly was very accommodating and met with me immediately. I let her know the property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. I was able to view 3 different floor plans. It was a lot to take with in with the many options but Kelly was extremely informative and patient with me. Her customer service is A1. I had such a good time/ tour with her especially considering it was a Saturday and she was the only leasing agent there.

Hi! I want to say that it's been a great stay here so far! I highly recommend anyone to come reside here. Susana and Kathy has been very helpful. Anytime there is an issue, it is resolved the same day. Maintenance staff are always waiving and saying hi. This is a great community with supportive neighbors. I love walking around the complex and do enjoy the amenities. Two recommendations for the community is to add a restroom in the pool area that will remain open 24/7 and a playground for the children.
