The staff was excellent. I was seen very fast no wait time. The doctor was really understood everything that was going on. Provided excellent service explained everything well. Would recommend Facility for anyone in need of urgent care.

The ladies at the front desk were informative and friendly. I liked that they quickly let you wait in a room instead of in waiting room. The nurse was thorough. Everything moved quickly once I saw the dr and had X-ray reviewed.

Was feeling flu ish and went there as a walk in and was seen in about 20 minutes. From the gentleman at the front desk, they were fast and efficient. I was very pleased with their service. I needed to go back for another service. This time I saw a gentleman doctor who was really nice but the doctor was the one handling the procedure from start to finish. She did a excellent job taking care of me. Kinda, friendly and professional are a few words I would use to describe her. She really made my day. Thank you all for everything.

Michael is amazing. Next time I come here Michael will be the only one allowed to help me. He is the reason I will continue to come back and shop with banter ! Definitely give the man a raise and praise ! Thank you Michael for all your help!!

Q and Shy are two amazing ladies that helped me with a couple of ear piercings that closed up on their own. They were able to re-pierce them, and then listened to my concerns about my cartilage piercings as I was having trouble sleeping on my side. They recommended a different type of earring, and then cleaned them and changed them out for me. They already feel so much better. I also received a great discount and top notch customer service and solution to keep my ears painless and clean. Thankful that they were working the day I came in!

My wife got both her loves & helix (cartilage) piercings by Shy. She was so amazing and great with my wife. She explained the process well, what earrings would be best. She even told my wife and me about herself. It was so awesome that she was a licensed piercer! My wife said she is going back to get her other helix (cartilage) pierced when our daughter unicorn earrings come in. This is the best experience my wife has have with a person. I would recommend Shy to anyone that needs a piercing down! I would give her higher than 10 star rating.

Shy has such a great personality!!! She has such a gentle touch and will talk you through your piercing experience. My first piercing I got from her was my flat on my ear. I had a little bit of bleeding and she made sure to care for me and stop the bleeding before I left. A few days later I went back to get my 3rd hole and my conch. It was painless and I was very happy with my results. I’m so confident in Shy that I only want her doing my piercings going forward. 10/10 recommend!
