Maintenance comes very quickly and the leasing team was always pleasant with me and I felt valued. The amenities are great. Pool and grills very clean and NEVER CROWDED. The residents were pretty tame. I appreciate Cortland Preston North giving us such a great home and it was bittersweet moving out. Would recommend.
