Elegant Floors and Remodeling

After hearing horror stories about remodeling, we decided to meet with at least three remodeling contractors for our kitchen and wood flooring for our dining room, living room, great room, and kitchen. We visited Elegant Floors showroom and they were professional and responsive, coming to our home within a few days. Being a local McKinney business was an added bonus. They were responsive to our ideas, questions and concerns. As the work progressed, their service was impressive, and the subcontractors were reliable as to the schedule and they delivered quality workmanship. We highly recommend Sammy and his crew for your home renovations.

Absolutely over the moon with this place. Imagine having an idea in your head that confuses the likes of Nebraska Furniture and Home Depot. Not the case when I met Sammy.

My idea came to life in the hands of Elegant Floors. I had my downstairs completely re-done, along with two bathrooms.

Sammy was locked in, at some point I felt like he was remodeling his own home.

If you want people who have vision and integrity, then I highly recommend this place. I plan on using them for my outdoor kitchen sometime this year.

In Nov my wife and I walked into the Elegant Flooring showroom in McKinney on Eldorado Drive.

There was a great selection of products from medium to high end quality. There was no pressure to sell but easy ability to browse and ask questions on the various products.

Sammy and Paola quickly aligned on a date to come and measure our upstairs flooring and in 24 hours we had a well detailed quote and approximate installation timeframe. Pricing and terms were reasonable. I suspect there is always someone who could do the job cheaper, and while I did shop around, Elegant Floors were priced competitively. I really didn’t want my floors being installed by the lowest bidder – quality matters.

This project went off as planned on budget and on time. There was no start, stop, wait or delays.

The install quality was very good, and the installers (Brandon & Omar) were very easy to work with, and knowledgeable in their trade.
The end results were excellent. From this initial installation, I contracted to do a complete downstairs floor replacement with engineered hardwood.

This project was as good as the first one. On time, on budget, excellent results.

This Elegant Flooring team will do what it takes to make you happy. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We recently had our kitchen updated by Elegant Floors. We are very pleased with the end result with new countertops, sink and backsplash, painted cabinets and new lighting. The kitchen does looks beautiful. While, I would give the work 5 stars, we did have problems with scheduling and communication.

I was hesitant to get a bid on the remodel of my kitchen with such a modest budget. Sammy assured me that my budget would fuel a wonderful transformation. His staff that executed the work were friendly, considerate, professional and skilled. They eliminated a dated peninsula and added a beautiful island. The remodel changed the kitchen as well as the family room into a stylish and modern space. Sammy was true to his word and came in on budget. Thank you Elegant Floors for making our home beautiful!!
