As a homeowner for over 30 years, I have had plumbers out many times never have they been as knowledgeable and willing to explain to me what I could do to prevent this in the future. JMP Plumbing show up a day earlier than scheduled. Technician and associate was very curious, attentive and thoughtful of customers problem. We needed a new water heater and had an initial estimate from a big box store plumber that shocked me. I started calling local plumbers to see if I could get any competitive quotes. JMP plumbing was literally the only local plumber who would talk to me on the phone and work with me. Everyone else wanted to charge me a fee to visit and quote. Literally no conversation on the phone. JMP talked to me on phone and actually cared about getting my business. She compared models and services and was willing to say I think it will be roughly this much for us to do our work based on the information I already had. In the end, they were a touch more expensive but she took the time to answer my questions on the phone and explain to me what I was getting differently from them vs other service. So I took a chance with them. In person service was just as good. Explained everything carefully to us and helped us make final informed decisions. They were punctual, worked all day to get the job done, dealt with unanticipated challenges without nickle & dining us with additional charges. They responded quickly for additional follow up work and a minor leak/joint tightening. Super professional and respectful. I would absolutely recommend and will do business again. I’m willing to pay a bit more to get someone who treats customers well and understands humanity of interactions with customers, who are people and not just $$.

The technician was patient, professional and easy to work with. He was young but very knowledgeable. We had several drain problems that were fixed quickly and the costs were explained up front. I elected to rebuild the toilet and was impressed the technician did not just replace the filler tube and flapper but took off the tank and replaced everything. Very impressed! I won't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.
