(November 20, 2019, 11:07 am)Sally is very knowledgeable in her field. I joined 16 weeks ago and have lost 33 pounds and feeling great. Aches and pains gone, more energy and no upset stomach. I tried Jenny Craig but not happy with frozen food. Slim4life you eat real food cook by you!!!

Confusing to me at first but when you have a good counselor like shakeira , manager explaining all the things to learn it is great. She has become my angel as far as learning the program. When I come in she treats me like I am her only client for the day.

I highly recommend it for people who are truly, truly at the end of their rope with what to do about their weight and health management. If you are truly ready to commit 100% to weight loss AND life change for the better (the 2 HAVE to go hand in hand), give them a call. It's HARD WORK breaking bad food choices and habits, but they stand ready to help and encourage you. They truly want to help you achieve your weight loss and health goals.
