I can't say enough great things about the program - both PHP and IOP. From my child's therapist, to the countless other staff members, they truly changed my child's life. I really feel like they were able to bring him back. If you are on the fence about doing it, nervous that it won't work - my best advice is DO IT! Don't wait! Thank you to the entire staff!
Changes McKinney was super instrumental in my life, helped me twice in my recovery process to identify some critical unhealthy patterns I was dealing with and help me express, process through, and eventually overcome them. Super thankful to them! Great team, caring, professional, personal - Thank the Lord for Changes McKinney, would 100% recommend
I started going to this clinic for the partial hospitalization program. I have not completed my program yet but, it is already helping so much. Our therapist Jasmine is amazing. She is empathetic and kind and funny yet, she challenges us and does not sugarcoat anything which is helpful! She likes to do activities for the first hour and today we did art therapy! Group therapy is really helpful and I like that we can go outside on breaks and get some fresh air or sit in the sun. Dr. Sanchez is a great psychiatrist and the nurse, Tonya, is very kind and empathetic. I think going to PHP is one of the best decisions I have made for myself and my mental health. I struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD and I feel like I can conquer anything now. I had a really tough almost three years of constant stressful situations that left me with a lot of trauma. It feels so nice to finally step back and be able to process everything in a safe space with support and care.
I had the opportunity to experience Changes McKinney in a profound way. Everyone I met was kind and compassionate. Patients were treated with respect and empathy. The therapists were always open to learning and personal growth.
