Started the program Jan 2. On Feb 2 I’m down 15.5 lbs and feel great.. This really works ! Follow the plan, take the supplements and feel like a new person in one month.

This program really works if you put in the work. Rose & Christie were great and talking to Christie in between the phases really makes a huge difference because you know you are on the right track. It also keep you accountable. After my first day in the weight loss day I lost 6lbs. I thought I broke my scale, but then it just kept going down. By week 3 I had lost 13lbs. It really does work and I feel energized and very relaxed. What I have been trying to accomplish in the gym for the past 6 years I did in 3 weeks. WITHOUT WORKING OUT!!
