  In 20 years of using urgent care facilities across North Texas with myself and our four kiddos, this morning's experience here was by far the very best ever. They were so professional, competent, and knowledgeable. Their compassion and concern were sincere and genuine. Not only were they efficient, but they were also thorough. I will never go anywhere else again.
  
  PS - Their on-sight pharmacy kiosk saved me time and money. Again - WOW!

  I cannot say enough good things about Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care. I made my appointment online. When I arrived, I was immediately ushered to a room by the technician. He asked about my symptoms, quickly loaded information into the computer, ran several tests, then waited 15 minutes for results. The PA/NP came in, did an exam, told me the results of the tests, and gave me additional information. Everything was quick, easy, and very professional. Their in-house pharmacy kiosk even allowed me to get my prescription before I left. I loved the experience and would definitely come here again!

  Great experience! I went online at 10 a.m. on a Friday morning and made an appointment for 11 a.m.. I arrived and parked in an appointment only parking space. I walked in to my concierge nurse greeting me with a smile. She introduced herself and escorted me to the exam room. My visit was thorough and quick. At the end of my exam the P.A. explained they have the medicine in house. I expected my concierge nurse to bring it in the room. Instead she escorted me to a pharmacy kiosk and explained the process. Complete game changer! I fully expected to have to wait for my usual pharmacy to fill it and then go pick it up. The entire visit took 35 minutes.

  I leave five star reviews of places that I really like fairly often. I would give this place six stars if I could. Just excellent. The facility, the helpfulness of the staff, the streamlined process, the friendliness and compassion of the staff, the competence of the nurse practitioner to diagnose and truly help my wife feel better.... Everything was simply excellent. They have a kiosk that is basically like a pharmacy vending machine. It is properly monitored and secure. You get the prescription from an actual medical professional at the location in person. Then you follow up virtually on a screen that is part of the machine. Medications available on site are no extra cost. This place is far superior to the other urgent care clinics I have visited in the past.
