Fixed my 2002 s10 pickups transmission issue in a fair and professional manner .They even has it ready a day or 2 earlier than promised and the hard shifting issue is fixed and now it drives like it did the day I bought it. Lost 2nd and Reverse on my truck, and asked around for a reputable shop. Had a recommendation from a family member, and called Frank. Despite being very busy he made the time to talk to me about my truck and give a hypothetical diagnosis. Dropped off the truck and got regular updated calls, as well as an offer on the day of removal to come look at the old transmission to get an explanation of the failure from the professionals. He shot straight with me on pricing and detailed the warranty information before I even came down to the shop. The price on the ticket was to the penny exactly what was quoted before we authorized the service. I could not be any happier with the service we got, and Eagle McKinney has a lifelong customer in me and my family.

I appreciated the information and communication so much we added some additional maintenance with a Differential Service since we were already in the shop, and I felt confident we could trust them. The truck is shifting like butter on warm glass. It's better than it was brand new, 20 years ago.
