This is the best nail shop. The manager Kenny is very good. The staff is very nice. The atmosphere is awesome and relaxes music, no pressure.

Well , this is the first time coming to Gloss… I have had my hands and feet done faithfully every 3 weeks since forever . I usually stay with the same person no matter what but now that she has moved away I am looking for another tech to take her place .

First when I walked in no one said anything , gentlemen was on the phone and the other lady’s didn’t say a word , I waited …. The gentleman once off the phone was very nice and somewhat informative.
I decided to get a fill 45$ and pedi 45$ let me make this short . I absolutely love my nails gentlemen was amazing and on point . As for the tech for pedi , extremely light handed and didn’t do well at all with callus removal at all .. hate to say it but did a horrible job like horrible for the price .. the polish was messed up , the gentleman that did my nails had to go back and fix them .. so with further due … this is not somewhere I will be returning to at all …. 4 stars to get attention

Mom and I came in for pedicures and really enjoyed the time here. The people were attentive and good at their services. Definitely will come back! Mom almost went to sleep 💤

UPDATE: January 23rd
I got a call from Gloss nails and they apologized profusely for my experience. They then invited me to come back in so they could fix my nails. I do really appreciate this gesture, but I was still a little hesitant. In the end, I wanted to give them a fair chance and went back in today. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my nails. They redid both my manicure and pedicure, and they nail tech who did the work was very sweet. Thank you to Gloss for doing this. I really appreciate it.

I’ve gone to this nail salon a few times in the past with pretty good results. Today, though, I can’t say I’m happy at all with my mani/pedi. My manicure (a gel manicure) looks OK overall, but I can tell that the nail tech didn’t go all the way to the end of the nail tips with the polish, and I know this will impact how long this manicure lasts. The pedicure, though, is a disaster. It felt great and the lady was very nice, but she had a problem with my pinky toe on my one foot and just kept adding more polish on it. I looked closely at it when I got home and there was a huge blob of thick polish on the nail that smeared all over the toe next to it. Looking at other nails, they’re cut unevenly and the polish on all of them looks lumpy. And with the prices they charged, it really should be perfect. I can’t say I’ll be going back.
