Service representative kept me up to date on repair progress via text message and phone calls. My car was repaired ahead of schedule. Work was very good.

I was super nervous. I've never had my car towed away to a shop before. They made the process super easy. I live far and this was the closest shop listed by my insurance. I received email communication as well as phone updates. Completed paperwork by email (thank you Jared). Initially they let me know it would probably be the following Tuesday before I could get my car back. Less than ideal for my work situation, but I know you can't rush quality and time it takes to receive the necessary parts.
When Chuck called me on Friday to let me know my car was ready, I was absolutely over the moon! My car was finished ahead of time. If COVID wasn't a thing, someone would have gotten hugged lol
I have waited a few days before review so I could take my time to drive the car and make sure it was in tip top shape. It was like the accident never happened!
A HUGE thank you to the team there for getting me back on the road so quickly and for providing such excellent customer service.
