Huffines Chevrolet Plano

I was disappointed to find out my favorite service advisor was no longer with Ray Huffines in Plano.
I decided to try and locate a dealership closer than the 25 miles as I have moved a few times and farther away. In doing so I went to a dealership in Mckinney and was a bit surprised at the overall experience, Both visual and the interaction with 2 different individuals.
I inquired about an oil change and tire rotation and was quickly told it would be Monday possible Tuesday. I left and called Plano but nobody was available and left a message for a return call. I decided to drive down there anyways. Upon arrival they looked quite empty. ( They were scheduled to be open another 90 min) I asked the service advisor if he had time for a walk in. He quickly checked me and within a few minutes my wife's car was pulled around and done within the hour. I really was in disbelief and thought for certain i would need to schedule an appointment at a later date. I have been a valued customer and will continue to be for many years. This experience confirmed it.Thank you

He kept me in the loop every week that I waited, and gave me an EXCELLENT experience when my car came in. He helped me through the buying process and all of the features of my new car. He's such an awesome and nice guy, and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Everyone here was VERY nice,and it was a very nice environment. I HIGHLY recommend this place to buy a car. Ray Huffines Chevrolet has been my go to for purchase, service, and bodywork for 30 years. They do everything possible to provide the best service possible and I will not take my Chevrolet's anywhere else for service. They are OUTSTANDING in every way and in every department. Their Service department is the best anywhere and all the other areas are just as exemplary in every way.
