Dr. Endelman performed my second c-section. The experience went very smoothly and was a much better experience than my first c-section. I am very grateful to Dr. E and his staff for taking care of me during my whole pregnancy. I do not understand the bad reviews on this doctor. I will be coming back to Dr. E for my next pregnancies!

Not sure what these negative reviews are talking about! Dr.E has been my doctor since January of 2017 when I was pregnant with my first baby (I’m currently pregnant with my 4th). I switched to him in my third trimester because I hated who I had before. He has been by far the best OBGYN I have ever had. He listens to my concerns and handles them quickly. I trust his opinions and advice and couldn’t imagine anyone else delivering my babies or handling my care. You do have to wait longer in the waiting room sometimes but it’s well worth the proper care!! Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. E for about 8 years now. He is hands down the best OBGYN out there, not many get his method but I do and he is extremely knowledgeable and upfront. He's also one that takes time to know his patients and their wishes. The only problem is his office staff. He has a fully new staff and not all of them are pleasant, there's only one MA there who's nice and seem like she actually cares. I had an appointment on Monday and was in the waiting room for an hour. Not the first time. I do understand that he is sometimes called away for a laboring patient, schedule can get backed up, etc. The issue is that I got taken back for my vitals and then was going to be roomed into the incorrect room which I had to mention, at which time I was directed to wait in the lobby for the ultrasound room to be available, not the first time this has happened btw. I waited about 40 minutes maybe longer and saw patients who came AFTER me get taken back and roomed. When I went to the front desk to ask how much longer, I was told that there's a new OB patient intake going on in that room and that she's been there since 0800 in the room mind you it was 0930 at this point. I don't quite honestly believe that it takes 90 minutes to intake a new OB. Regardless of, I feel like they should update patients as needed and have some form of respect to people's times, I ended up having to cancel my appointment due to having to get to work which I was already pretty late to get to. The staff also lacks in professionalism, and eye roll's are to be expected during your visit if you don't go by what they're saying. It is sad that he lost all his good employees and now he's settling just to keep the practice going, again he is an amazing physician just his office staff is lacking as of late. Billing has never been an issue, but I've noticed as of late that certain things will get billed i.e. 100% covered preventative services are being billed in a way that patients are having to pay their office co-pay and when my insurance called to inquire about this, they were given an attitude for simply trying to understand why a fully covered service is not being billed appropriately.
