Honestly speaking, I went here with little expectation and because it was closest one to my house. But I came to find out that I made a great decision coming here. The staff was immediately alert when I came in and tried to help me out with picking out perfect glasses for me. The staff knew what they were talking about and recommended best glasses/lens for me. They asked me what do I use it for, what style Am I looking for, what type of lenses Am I comfortable with, which helped me narrowed it down to few options. I was little shy about trying out many glasses and very hesitant with deciding one but the staff was very helpful with telling me which one I look the best and gave me a little space that I needed. I’m not so sure how long they’re going to have their sales but they were having some great deals. Also my glasses were ready in 2 days which was super fast. I’d definitely would come back and recommend this place!
Eleven Optical has the best frames and lens. I was in the H-Mart area and found them in one of the shops. The frames are great since they are made for Asian face shapes. The quality is good and super light weight. The lens are well made and done in 2-3 days if you are only near or far sighted. The price was really good also even if you do not have vision insurance. They were able to file my out of network claim for me since I have superior vision. The customer service is great. The product is great. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs new frames and lens.
Stumble upon 11-optical during recent trip to H-Mart (11 Optical is located inside H-Mart by the food courts) and it turns out that they carry an array of Korean fashion inspired or trendy glass frames at a very affordable price. The clerk was super friendly and super helpful on explaining the product line and the various of lens, such as Rx vs. thickness. 11 Optical was able to have my new glass ready within 48 hours turn around! Cant wait go back again to get more shades... thank you!
