Usually going to the doctor makes me extremely uncomfortable. I feel more like a bother or a chore than a patient. Dr. Walia put me at ease the moment she entered the room. She pulled up a chair for me and we had a conversation. She took time to get to know me. She actively listened to my concerns and addressed them. The ladies who work in her office are pleasant and helpful. Anytime I contact the office they follow up with me in a timely, professional manner. I am fortunate to have finally found a doctor's office I'm comfortable going to with a doctor who actually cares.

Dr. Walia and her staff are thorough and very professional. We laugh and chuckle and when its all done I am pleased. Any doctor who provide expedient services is my choice for a service provider. Thanks to you for researching anything I need to make me a better, healthier person.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Walia for over 20 years now. She takes the time to talk with each patient. Her philosophy is that she is treating the patient as a whole, not just the particular symptom you came in for. She actually reads her notes on your medical history unlike many doctors, and is good at reminding patients when they are due for booster shots, mammograms, physicals, etc. The reason I rated a 4 versus a 5 is that the hours are a little limited, plus one of the nurses can be crabby sometimes. The office decor could stand to be updated too, but I’ll take a doctor with whom I can discuss my medical concerns over one with a fancy shiny office.
