I have learned so much in a short amount of time working with Russ. As a result, I have lost weight and my blood sugars have decreased and stabilized. I learned practical tools that are tailor made for what works for my body type and lifestyle. Learning how to plate my food and how to read food labels are just a couple of topics we discussed. The accountability has been encouraging. I highly recommend!

My experience with Russ was absolutely wonderful! The plan was designed specifically for me and my needs. Russ gave me exactly what I asked for. She was available when I reached out with ridiculous questions that I already knew the answer to, lol. When I asked about something that was not a part of my plan, she always provided with comparable substitute. Thank you so much Russ for helping me restructure my diet which improved my health. My husband and I worked with Russ for three months and the time was life changing. We finally have the tools to live a healthy life without deprivation. John’s A1C went from 6.3 to 5.8. I cannot say enough positive things about Russ! She has been able to help me in ways that no Endocrinologist has. For years, a bandaid has been put on my diabetes, but Russ has provided me with the knowledge to approach my diabetes with confidence and to advocate for myself. Since working with Russ, my A1C is down tremendously and my non-restricted diet has decreased blood sugar spikes. She takes the time to learn what works for you and your body. She is more than just a coach, she forms genuine relationships with her clients which helps them make life changing health transformations.
