Grace has been so helpful with my parents. They don't just check in on them, they are friendly and caring, and have become our "extended family". Claudia and her staff are not only sweet and caring with my parents, but they are very helpful in finding solutions to the challenges we are dealing with. I am so thankful for their care and concern.
Claudia and the Grace Home Health team have been a godsend to my family. They have been kind, caring and resourceful in taking care of Mom and keeping me updated during this very unusual health crisis. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
My mother had Alzheimers for 10 years and my father eventually needed to live in an independent living facility the last 5 years of his life - we had experience with numerous facilities. But, moving my father to a facility that employed the services of Grace Home Health was truly a blessing for my father and my family. Claudia and her team were the most helpful, reliable, caring people we could ever ask for. They went above and beyond, sometimes coming to check on my father on their days off. In addition to the excellent care they gave him, they also won over his total respect and trust. Knowing he was in their care gave me a huge sense of relief, along with their constant communication with the family. I cannot recommend highly enough the caregivers of Grace Home Health through the Landon of Lake Highlands.
I cannot put into words how wonderful they are. My dad needed twice daily care for about a year, and the full care package of every 2 hours towards the end of his life.
He looked forward to seeing his "angels". They knew how he liked his oatmeal, how to place his water where he could always reach it, they monitored his BP and oversaw his medicine.
I am still friends with Claudia Ramos and hope to remain so forever. I consider her family now. She considered my dad family and I saw that care extended to her other patients.
