By far the best experience I’ve had after an accident!!! I worked with Sean who was super professional and courteous! Messed up my vehicle during the snowstorm and he came out to my home in the ice and snow to evaluate and pickup my vehicle. He made sure I had a rental. We super sufficient with updates and was working much faster than my insurance company! Picking up my vehicle was awesome everyone in the office was beyond friendly and helpful! My vehicle was top notch and beautiful they washed her and cleaned her out and I wasn’t expecting that at all!! 20 stars!!

This place is awesome. Great service and customer relations. They did a really good job on my Jeep and while I didn't need to stick around long they made me feel comfortable the few minutes I was waiting. I will definitely do business here in the future if I need to.

Outstanding service in EVERY field. For my first accident I was expecting the process of getting it fixed to be a little bit hectic, to say the least. I had not one problem at Texas Collision Center. Not ONE! I didn't have to wait 15minutes... for anything. Not a phone call, not my rental car or any service whatsoever. They were super understanding with any concerns I had and my car came back fresh & ready to go! They really took care of me. Thank you guys oh so much

Whenever conducting business with any company or business, what keeps my business is professionalism and integrity. The professionalism and communication at the Texas Collision Centers is impeccable. Even during the winter storm we experienced in Texas, they were still communicative about my vehicle repairs and appointment times, and the work done to my car was perfect. My 2020 Nissan Versa looks as if it was just driven off the lot. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great experience with them, they are highly organized, efficient, and also honest. They sought to get the work done on my vehicle as affordable as possible for me, and I greatly appreciated their integrity. If I ever need any repair work done, or if any friends and family need work done, this is the place that I will go and will recommend as well. They have my business. 11/10.

Our car was hit during the night while parked by the curb, knocking off the side mirror and making a small dent in the car. The Infiniti dealership recommended this place. I did not price shop since insurance covered the damage. The staff was very friendly, professional, and competent. Good communication. They got the car in and out quickly and did a good job.
