I have been taking my cars to Passport Motor for service since 2019 and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Arthur has been nothing short of friendly, personable and reasonable.

My 2013 C250 Mercedes sport car got hit in the back in December 2021 and got total. I ended up purchasing a 2012 C250 Mercedes for my son and the 2015 C300 version for myself and continue to use Passport Motor to service both of my Mercedes.

Arthur delivers nothing but excellence service always when I go there. He and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable, and always take the time to listen to my concerns and explain the services that were needed. The technicians are highly skilled and efficient, completing the work in a timely manner while keeping me updated on the progress.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the commitment to quality. The team at Passport Motor went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in top shape and that I was satisfied with the service.

Looking back…

In May of 2015 I Started Working In the Automotive Industry. 🚘 I had zero clue what I was doing. 🧐 I was what the industry refers to as a “green pea” 😂🥦 Still learning the ropes, educating myself on my company’s ( @engagetosell )product, features, set up etc.
