I cannot say enough good things about Buyer Specialist, Ashley Lewis. She helped us find/purchase our first home....a dream come true We couldn't have/wouldn't want to have done it without her. She answered every question, big or small throughout the entire process. I would recommend her and this agency again and again.

I knew having the Denton Aguam team handle the sale of my house was a good idea after my first meeting with Nick, the listing agent. The level of professionalism was so much higher than any other real estate agent I had talked with. We had an offer on our house within 24 hours of posting it. When that initial offer fell through and the only other offers coming were too low for what we wanted he was completely fine with doing more and more work to finally get an offer we could accept. That paid off and we finally sold our house for our initial asking price. After the offer was accepted the rest of the team took over. It was an incredible experience and you can tell that each member of the team is a professional and VERY good at what they do. You're stupid if you use another agent.
