Excellent positive environment. I'm middle age, out of shape and feel like I'm the worst in the gym. Instructors are welcoming and willing to work one on one to help uplift students.

This place is absolutely amazing, anyone who gives it less than 5 stars doesn't know what they are talking about. My son is 13 and has trained here for over 2 years, Saekson and his trainers are the best in the business. This place is the real deal.

Very technical training. There is Guidance and instruction from the best strikers in the area. Classes are well balanced with a solid warmup followed by technique, pad work and conditioning. Sparring days are fun and tough, emphasizing good form, strong heart and correct breathing. This is the place to train at in Dallas wether you wanna get in shape, compete in fighting or learn self defense.
