Quiet, nice views and walking areas at night

Friendly neighborhood and a Great Place to live. The staff, maintenance are all helpful. A good Gym with most of the equipment's but not maintained well. Pool is bit small. Limited parking space for visitors.

Please ignore the reviews from a week ago. It is someone creating fake accounts to bring down this apartment complex. He parked on the resident side without a sticker and was towed. GROW UP AND LEARN TO READ OR PAY THE PRICE!!!! My parents accidentally did the same thing about 6 months ago, but we acknowledged our mistake and got over it. Here's a REAL review: Fantastic place to live. The staff, maintenance, and trash folks are all extremely nice and helpful! My wife and I just renewed our lease and have been VERY happy the past year. Only complaint would be the parking late at night, HOWEVER, they allow you to purchase covered parking to have guaranteed spots for a reasonable price per month. The place is clean and welldesigned for the price. The walls are typical "Texas-thin" for apartments, but I am rarely bothered by the noise. Overall, a very nice place to live until we get our house in the next year or two!
