  I compliment Harbor Chase on the way their employees show care and concern for their clients. I remember that even during the height of Covid-19 restrictions, Harbor Chase went to great lengths to provide ways for family members to contact the residents compliant with available safety protocols. I always found cheerful, helpful employees during my visits with my uncle. Thank you, Harbor Chase!

  Words cannot express how much my family and I appreciate everyone at Harbor Chase of Plano. There isn’t a person there that didn’t help our family while we moved my mother from her home into memory care. Until you have done this you have no idea how hard it is emotionally, mentally, and physically. Jean, Head of Memory Care at Harbor Chase, has been a God send to our family. She has help my mother transition with flying colors. She keeps us updated and well informed of any situation or need my mother has. She texts, answers emails, calls, and even sends us photos of our mom living life at Harbor Chase. Jean has become a trusted friend and confidant. She has pretty much held our hands while we have had to adjust to this “new normal” which isn’t very normal at all. Dementia is a terrible disease that I wouldn’t wish on any family ever. In my lifetime I never would have thought this would happen to my mother. Jean, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for my mother and for being there for us. I thank God for you every day.

  I wish that only that we had found HarborChase of Plano earlier when my Mother first needed Memory Care services. This is an outstanding facility and has a 5-Star staff of people that deliver truly excellent service.

  My parents were not happy about moving from their home of 40+ years into a 512 sq ft apartment. But of all the choices in facilities, this one appeared to be the most modern, up to date, clean, bright, airy homey facility available. Once their, the staff was also found to be remarkable. My parents wanted to know each person who looked after them as they thought of them as extended family and the staff responded in kind. My mother lived there for only 5 months before she passed and now the staff is surrounding my dad with love as he transitions in life without my mother. I don't think they could have been in a better place.

  We had to move our mom from another facility that she was in . We decided on Harbor Chase, because they have two levels of memory care. I was very impressed with Willa who is the Director of the Sound. She is amazing and I know that my mom is well taken care there. Willa and her staff care for their residents. Crystal is amazing, and makes sure the the nursing needs of our mom are taken care of. I would recommend Harbor Chase, with Willa and Crystal and their staff. It would be devastating to loose Willa or Crystal. Now that they have allowed family into visit their loved ones, is truly amazing. I live in Missouri, and we do not have this yet. I can't wait for them to have singing groups in as those in dementia could greatly benefit from this. I also think offering the care givers of the families to receive the vaccine, was awesome. I can tell you this is not to be had in Missouri assisted living/memory care units.
