True Food Kitchen

This restaurant holds a special place in my heart. I love their delicious and healthy gluten free meals. It’s clean eating with all the of the flavors! So far I’m obsessed with their Korean Noodle Bowl- I can’t get myself to try something else(which I’m sure everything else is just as delicious).

Great ambiance as well as options to accommodate a multitude of dietary needs/wants! Food for thought, I’d recommend an option to make an entree more 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️, if desired.

For our taste buds, the meals were a bit bland … perhaps our spice tolerance is just off the charts.

UPDATE (8/26):
The wait time, lack of empathy from waitress (e.g. burnt panini), and overall experience was 1/5 ⭐️’s. This location needs much work on improving their overall service.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Everything is so good and good for you. I had a hard time deciding because everything on the menu sounded delicious but finally landed on the Trout, quinoa, with arugula, and a side of seasonal veggies. Everything tasted so fresh and was cooked to perfection. Also, the spicy pineapple margarita was a game changer. Yummm.

Obviously I enjoy different dinning experiences and True Food Kitchen was one I enjoyed and was throughly pleased. In my past, when I try establishments that air to the healthy side of dinning I'm normally left with a feeling of disappointment. I'm happy to say this was not the situation with True Foods. The food, the energy, and the awesome customer service made it an wonderful fulfilling experience. I highly recommend.....

Nice ambience and good food. The salad and spinach mushroom pizza were good and charred cauliflower was delish too!
The edamame dumplings were ok and so was the squash casserole. They do have baby seats but would be good if can add play kits too. Recommended to make reservations to be seated outdoors.
Great for a date night or a friends night out.
