  Needed a cleaning and after calling around for different dentists, I stumbled upon Innate Dental. When I called and spoke with Nicole her customer service was absolutely amazing! All I wanted was a teeth cleaning and didn't want to leave feeling overwhelmed being told I needed a lot of work done when I don't (this has happened with a different dentist). She listened to everything I said and scheduled an appointment right away! I was welcomed when I walked in and the Dental Hygienist, Chi, did an amazing job! The dentist was so sweet and nice when she came to take took a look at my teeth, made one recommendation about an old filling I have, and then sent me on my way! Didn't pressure me or make me feel like I had to get something done right away! I will for sure be back and I am SO HAPPY I came here! Everyone was so nice, kind, and amazing...!!!!

  I came to the office for a Deep Cleaning as well as a consult for either implants or a bridge.. Not knowing what they would suggest, I went with an open mind. I was blown away at the staff. It wasn't the easiest of appointments but they made me so comfortable and at ease the entire time despite my nervousness and tears. Lets talk about Dr Fred Thompson!! I just adored him! If I could fit him in my purse and take him home with me I would have! He was so sweet, and comforting! He made sure I was educated on what he suggested as a treatment plan. Crystal, Keri, Barbara, Chi... Just everyone was so awesome! As no one is ever looking forward to the dentist, I can honestly say when you have an office staff like this...It makes a difference and I am eager to start treatment!

  How can I possibly put this into words! I have been putting my dental work off for many years due to bad experiences at a young age. I began seeking dentist in Plano area about 2 years ago, but something was always wrong such as prices for one even with my dental insurance. As I always say things happen for a reason!! Because I was scrolling on Facebook when I came across advertising on Innate Dental and for sure reason I submitted my consultation information and they called me👏👏 and made me an appointment to come in. I was sold at first visit! Which was in July 2020. I'm now having my procedures for inplants which I never thought I would ever be able to afford!! But with Innate everything is possible.
  And I can't leave out my favorite Ms.Lee she makes everyone feel comfortable and special 💕

  Highest recommendation to Dr. Jess Taylor and his staff at Plano Parkway Dental. I've been a patient there since 2012. Not only is the excellent doctor very thorough, he and his staff is also thoughtful and caring to the needs of their patients. I'm already nervous as it is when it comes to my dental needs. Dr. Taylor's staff always inform me of the best dental plan in moving forward. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and provide valuable advise. I'm always grateful and satisfied for their skillful approach. Plano Parkway Dental has renovated their office and the whole place looks warm and comfortable. Very soothing indeed! Anyone looking for professional dental care should try Plano Parkway Dental!

  Dr. Taylor has been taking care of my teeth for quite a few years now. I've had to have a few fillings unfortunately as well as an implant done. I'd like to say it was painless, but that isn't possible, even for Dr. Taylor and staff! They took extremely good care of me, however! I really like having everything in one place so there is no need to go anywhere else - they are a "one stop shop"! Great group!
