  Best Bangladeshi foods I have ever experienced in Texas. Fish, vorta and other Bangladeshi curry dishes are available there. This is highly recommended for deshi foods.
  
  It serves halal foods also.

  Best authentic Bangladeshi restaurant in Dallas. Went there on Saturday when they had the fish buffet. The food was super tasty and had unique bangladeshi items such as various bhorta (mashed vegetables), shorisha Ilish (mustard Ilish fish), rui fish and small fish. They also had muroghonto (fish head curry) and a chicken item. The food was excellent.
  
  The restaurant doesn't have a public restaurant and they didn't have any high chairs for children when we asked. So not very kid friendly

  Alas! a good spot for authentic bengali cuisine in a cozy NY styled establishment at Dallas.
  
  However, our venture started with a little disappointment, having to wait for 40 mins just to get it prepared. Our order comprised only Vorta and Vuna (no oily/greasy specials), here's their rating individually.
  
  Daal Vuna - 6/10; was okay, could've been better.
  Beef Kala Vuna - 8/10; very well done, sautéed really nicely, no masala paste smell.
  Begun Vorta - 9/10; so far, their best dish no doubt.
  Ilish (Hilsha) Vorta - 7/10; certainly better than daal vuna, yet could've been better.
  Plain rice - 1 dish (rice made out of kalijeera/chinigura, smelt really great)
  Khichuri rice - 1 dish (we dined in, so I guess we got it luckily, fresh indeed)
  
  We took out 1 box of mixed sweets & 1 box of yogurt. They were amazingly delicious just like back home. Hope to try out the Jilapi (Jalebi) next time 🤞🏽
  
  All in all, it was a good experience and lots of reminiscing with the customized tastes along with our traditional palettes.
  
  N.B. They are working in a tight schedule with even tighter spot with much less hands required for the joint. Call ahead to order for dine in/takeout both.

  Ranna ghar is a local Bengali bakery that is modeled off of nyc shops. It is a small new place that is still working out some kinks. Sweets were all handmade and my parents absolutely adored them. Biryani was good.
  Overall this restaurant is a good take out place or a quick place to grab a sweet straight out of Bangladesh.
