We picked Karl and Team in 2011 based on his promptness, efficient and orderly packet. It wasn't just an opening show. Karl was always available to our tenants and to us. This was extra important since we were living out of state. Karl's team took care of our house like it was their own. He would send us pictures of the house yearly and pictures of any repairs needed and of the completed work. We are very happy with his screening process and keeping our home occupied.
