    Update:
After my review, Dr. Stalkup's head nurse called to see what was the issue. I told her my experience and she explained that it was mis- communication and the office people will need to properly communicate to the patient. The patient can use any pharmacy that the patient wanted, which was incorrectly told to me by the office people. She quickly resolved the issue and my son got his medication the next day. Thank you!

My son went here for his Acne. Nice PA but they will make you used their specialty pharmacy for medication. The first medication needed pre-authorization which required us to use the specialty pharmacy. Very unsatisfied with the service b/c the medication came in 1 day late, no phone call and the driver told me that he had car trouble. So my son's medications has been in his car all this time? Then I was able to get the medication from Kroger. As of 10/22, my son ran out of his antibiotic, so Kroger called the Dr. office for refill. The nurse told Kroger to cancel the prescription because we are getting it somewhere else. First of all, the doctor should not dictate where I can go get the medication if its not a specialty medicine. Second, why did the nurse lied to Kroger and said that we are getting prescription elsewhere. I'm smelling there is a kickback somewhere in this scheme, forcing me to use the pharmacy that they want. I will never go back to this place ever!
