(January 21, 2022, 11:25 am)One of the biggest issues with ordering parts is customer service. When I first sent them an email with questions I received a response within 3 hours with a link to the part I would need. I ordered the part and had a shipping issue. When I called them directly someone who spoke clear english answered the phone and addressed my concerns immediately. No being on hold for 20 minutes to listen to same recording over and over. Hard to find a company with great customer service. Vorshlag has won me as a customer.

(October 4, 2021, 8:16 pm)Ordered a set of Camber Plates for my E46 back in May while I was waiting for my set of suspension to arrive. Fast forward a couple months, I finally get my suspension. I soon realized that I made the mistake in choosing the incorrect size spring perch for the camber plates I ordered. So I reached out and explained my situation to the gentlemen at Vorshlag, and they were available to help provide me a solution to swap out the perches. Best part was they were super nice, and shipped my replacement same day! (I'm sure they had it in stock of course). High quality build with high quality parts. Highly recommend!

The attention to detail in their manufacturing process is top tier, the products are as gorgeous as they perform. Their product support and engineers are extremely friendly. I first came across them in 2012 after picking up my first M3. My buddy whose a track instructor reccomended their camber plates as my first mod. So my expectations going forward sky rocketed. I recently picked up another set for my E30 which was a little more complicated but their staff worked with me to get what i needed.
Their lead times are also impressive during a industry wide materials shortage. I waited 3 weeks to have some camber plates made. My other order happened to be in stock. Ive seen some companies with 8 month lead times this year, usually those who have their products made in China.
Ive been running their E36 M3 camber plates for about a decade now. The adjustability between sessions is so convenient when its needed.
