NOPE!! Over the TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From the moment I walked in, my car became their top priority. No job too big or small. Within 5 minutes, Lee was outside inspecting my car. He told me he could have it repaired in 20 minutes, right then and there. Seriously, about 15 minutes later I was driving away! I am so happy I stopped in!!! The Body Shop in Prosper did an excellent job in repairing a scrape on our rear bumper. Customer service by Randy and staff was beyond expectations. The repair looks better than new. You can be assured if you have your car repaired here it will be done to the highest standards and there will be excellent communication every step of the way.
